Why Pilot?
Piloting Universal Learning is easy. Depending on the size of the adoption list, we can help you launch a pilot in as little as two weeks.
Identify pilot courses and share content list.
We recommend picking courses that are using textbooks and/or OER materials. Doing so will enable you to look at usage statistics during the pilot.
BibliU has more than one million textbooks and OER titles to choose from. We can also upload faculty-authored content for your pilot.

Configure LMS integration.
With BibliU, students benefit from single sign-on to their textbook through the LMS. We’ll simply need to meet your LMS administrator and we’ll make sure all the right connections are made between BibliU and your LMS within one business day.

Training and communication.
Your dedicated team of account executives and customer operations manager will ensure that the tools and training are in place for the faculty and students in the pilot.
At this stage, we will also establish milestone checks and success criteria for the pilot.

Review success criteria.
During the pilot, your account executive will facilitate meetings on certain milestones to make sure that the pilot is still on track. After the pilot, your account executive will facilitate a meeting with your institution’s stakeholders to report on how the pilot went and discuss what the next steps are.
